Jeff Gordon Meet & Greet at Charlotte Bank of America 500, Saturday, October 13, 2012
The first 2 individuals to raise $2,400 or more will be invited to a meet and greet with Jeff Gordon at the Charlotte Bank of America 500 race on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Winners will receive two (2) tickets to the race, a tour of pit row and a VIP package. AARP Foundation will also provide one (1) night hotel stay on Saturday, October 13, but will not cover transportation to or from Charlotte or the race. Transportation and any related expenses must be covered by the individuals. (Limit 2 prizes – The first two (2) individuals to raise $2,400 or more will be invited to the meet & greet with Jeff Gordon.)
A phone call with Jeff Gordon and autographed 1:24-Scale Die Cast Car
The first individual to raise $1,500-$2,399 will be invited to participate in a private phone call with Jeff Gordon. Date and time of call to be scheduled at a time convenient for winner and Jeff Gordon. In addition, the winner will receive an autographed die cast #24 car and VIP package. (Limit 1 prize - the first individual to raise $1,500-$2,399 will be invited to join Jeff Gordon on a moderated call.)
Jeff Gordon autographed piece of #24 race metal
The first individual to raise $1,000 - $1,499 will receive a piece of #24 race metal autographed by Jeff Gordon. The winner will also receive a VIP package. (Limit 1 prize - The first individual to raise $1,000-$1,499 will receive the signed race metal.)
Pit Crew Fire Suit Jacket
The first individual to raise $750-$999 will receive a fire suit jacket worn by a member of the Drive to End Hunger Pit Crew Team. The winner will also receive a VIP package. (Limit 1 prize - The first individual to raise $750-$999 will receive the Drive to End Hunger fire suit jacket (size XL).)
Autographed Jeff Gordon Visor
The first individual to raise $500-$749 will receive a Jeff Gordon autographed helmet visor. The winner will also receive a VIP package. (Limit 1 prize - The first individual to raise $500-$749 will receive the autographed visor.)
Autographed Jeff Gordon 85th Win T-Shirt
Those individuals who raise $240-$499 will receive a Jeff Gordon autographed 85th Win t-shirt. The winner will also receive a VIP package. (Limit 6 prizes - The first (6) individual to raise $240-$499 will receive the autographed t-shirt.)
VIP Package
All qualifying individuals will receive a VIP package that includes the following: full set of Drive to End Hunger #24 collector’s coins (3), one soft pack cooler, six koozies, six wrist bands, one hero card and a hat autographed by Jeff Gordon.
*Only volunteer fundraisers are eligible for prizes. Prizes will be awarded to those who qualify before the campaign deadline of September 14. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
