Harries

“I am very thankful and want TwinWest and the contributors to know how much this means to me. College is so expensive and every scholarship makes it easier for kids like me to pay for a college education. A great big thank you!”

- Michael Harries, TwinWest Foundation $5000 Legacy Scholarship Recipient
2009 Wayzata High School Graduate

Investing in Tomorrow's Leaders. Today.

Reaching Beyond the Recipient...
Scholarships are a powerful investment. Students become teachers, doctors, and small business owners – active and positive members of the community. Through a Foundation donation, you will change one life directly and thousands more indirectly. College tuition costs are soaring and students, now more than ever, need help in achieving their educational dreams.

“Giving to the TwinWest Chamber Foundation has an important local impact allowing donors to see a direct correlation between the students, our neighborhoods, and the business community. I believe strongly in the opportunity to transform not only the lives of these young people, but also the business community in which we all work.”

- John Lavander, Caliber Development Corporation

Offering More than a Check...
A scholarship is much more than financial assistance. It’s a tangible endorsement, a nod of approval, and a belief in the next generation of leadership. Now more than ever, students are seeking assistance to make their educational dreams a reality.

High School Scholarship Program...
Each year TwinWest Foundation scholarships are granted to graduating high school students from TwinWest member school districts and private schools. Students are evaluated based on their academic achievement, extra-curricular activities, community service, work history, and financial need. Typical college scholarships range from $500 to $1,500. The Foundation’s Legacy Scholarship,
ranging from $5,000 to $7,500, is awarded each year to one outstanding high school senior who exemplifies positive leadership attributes and is a well-rounded student role model.

Career Path Scholarship Program...
The TwinWest Foundation Career Path Scholarship Program is targeted to adult students who are enrolled in TwinWest member post secondary schools. This program is designed to help working adults advance their careers, continue their
education, and further strengthen their workforce and leadership skills. The typical scholarship award is in the amount of $1,000 to $2000 per student.
