HIV/AIDS PREVENTION IN SUBSAHARAN AFRICA

Programs

During 2006 Grassroot Soccer continued its programs in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana while adding a new flagship site in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Groundwork was laid to allow expansion of our program into several additional sites in South Africa early in 2007. By year's end 2006, we have graduated more than 40,000 African youth from our HIV/AIDS prevention education curriculum.
