Programs

Directly owned properties at Spruce Street and Amherst Street provide safe and affordable housing and social service to 37 individuals who were homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.;Indirectly owned properties in Concord and Manchester provide housing and supportive services to 206 individuals who were homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, with or without disabilities. An additional 54 individuals living in the community received supportive services.;Development expenses for a new property with capacity to serve 87 homeless women and children as well as single women suffering with the disease of addiction and/or coping from the effects of trauma. These individuals will be able to attain economic and emotional self-sufficiency.
