The Christian Community Fair is an 2-day annual tradeshow that is all about family, fun, and ministry.
Rich and Lana Branham started The Christian Community Fair in 2006 when they saw a void in the community. There are associations, tradeshows, and gatherings of all types of groups. They did not see an annual event that focuses on local and national ministries. The annual event began with a twinkling of hope in the late summer of 2006. The first event gathered 139 vendors and 6000 attendees.
The fourth annual event was just completed November 13th and 14th, 2009. There were 190 vendors and over 12,000 people in attendance. There is plenty for every age to do and see at the Fair. Besides the vendors there are inflatables, a petting zoo, live music, a dodgeball tournament for teens, free arts and crafts, a trout fishing pond, and lots more!!
Admission is always free. It was decided before the first event that this was about the whole family spending a day together in a safe and positive environment. If one family could not afford to get in, then no one would have to pay.
The event is funded by vendor registration and sponsors.
All donations to the Fair go toward offering discounts to smaller ministry vendors that can not afford to pay the registration fee. Especially in this economy it is hard for the ministries to afford to get the word out about the great work they are doing. This money allows vendors to pay a smaller dollar amount to exhibit. Any size donation is truly appreciated.
