Buzzing For Change Foundation

Mission

The mission of the Buzzing for Change Foundation is to improve the lives of children living with cancer, while: * Educating and engaging collegiate communities * Developing strong student leaders * Inspiring action through participation

Programs

The Buzzing for Change Foundation supports local programs on college campuses. Each program holds an annual event where participants shave their heads or cut their hair to be donated to an organization that makes wigs for those that loose their hair due to disease. Participants recruit sponsorship for their acts and all proceeds are donated to a local non-profit that supports children living with cancer. We currently run programs at The George Washington University, Drexel University and Bryn Mawr College. We will be expanding to other campuses shortly.
